Custom work policy

All custom work will be undertaken under the following guidelines:

• Quotes will be given by te-webdesign and kept to unless otherwise agreed.
• If the quote is less than £50 then 100% of the payment must be made before work commences. If it is greater than £50 then 50% of the payment will need to be made by the client before work commences, the other 50% on completion.
• Once a quote is accepted by the client and work begins there is no refund of the initial payment unless the failure of the project is down to an inability to complete the project by te-webdesign.
• Fees will be quoted on an hourly rate of £40.
• An estimated time scale will be given at the time of the quote and will be assumed to be accepted by the client on acceptance of the quote.
• All rights and copyright of any developed software will by retained by te-webdesign and all software wil be released under the GNU GPL V3 licence.
